How much are your fees?

For permanent placements, the fee is 12% of the candidate's Gross Remuneration. If you engage exclusively with New Mums London as a sole agent, the fee is 10% of the candidate's Gross Remuneration.

For temporary placements, the fee is £30 per day for each day booked (minimum 4 hours per day) up to 3 days. For bookings of 4 or more days per week, the fee is £100 per week. The subsequent re-booking rate for babysitting is £15 per day and. Additionally, please note that our services are VAT-free.

What Happens if we need a replacement if the candidate we hire does not work out?

If we have done the job correctly then this will be rare. However, there are situations that may arise beyond our control. Rest assured, we will collaborate closely with you to offer three additional profiles as replacements, with no added cost. You are eligible for a free replacement within a 12-week period, starting from the Commencement Date of a permanent Engagement.

What screening to you apply for your candidates?

We conduct thorough interviews with candidates either in person or via video call, ensuring to allocate approximately one hour or more for this process. During the interview, we dedicate ourselves to understanding the candidate's aspirations by asking a series of questions pertaining to their experience, skill set, personality, and dream job. In addition, we verify their important documents such as driving license, passport, and/or birth certificate. We also ensure to check their right to work in the UK and validate their qualification certificates. Validating the validity of their DBS certificates and First Aid Certificate is also part of our process. To ensure their suitability for your role and validate their work history, we thoroughly check a minimum of two references, striving to cover at least three years of employment, and sometimes even more.
