1 - Fill in the Registration Form.
Give us details about your search.
2 - Brief phone call with the consultant.
An assigned consultant will get in touch with you ASAP to discuss our bespoke approach and to confirm a Zoom video call with your consultant at your convenience.
3 - Friendly ZOOM video call or in-person consultations.
Our consultation will take approximately 1 hour. A single expert manages your entire matching process. We pride ourselves to invest quality time getting to know you and your family.
4 - Interview Stage.
Only the best candidates that match your requirements will be kindly presented to you via email and followed up with a phone call to discuss and confirm interviews at your convenience, all organised by your consultant.
We make sure it’s a stress-free and enjoyable process.
5 - Trial / Offer Stage.
We organise a trial day with the candidate of your choice, then after making sure he/she is a perfect match then proceed with an offer of employment which we need the start date, working hours, and Gross Annual salary offered.
6 - Orientation & Induction.
We are now taking this one step further to ensure long lasting relationship between the family and the candidate. In every permanent placement we are offering an Orientation & Induction meeting on the first day the nanny starts with you, to ensure a smooth transition and a successful placement.
7 - Aftercare (Relax and be happy).
As part of our service, we offer an ongoing aftercare service for up to 20 weeks of employment. Just enjoy this new journey!
