Agency Placement Fees

Fees are the same across all different departments (Nannies, Maternity Nurses and Housekeepers).

Permanent Agency Placement Fees:

  • Permanent Full-Time placement is calculated at 12% of the Gross Remuneration of the candidate.

  • Permanent Part-Time placement is calculated at 12% of the Gross Remuneration of the candidate. 

  • If you engage exclusively with New Mums London as a sole agent, the permanent placement fee is calculated at 10% of the Gross Remuneration of the candidate.

Temporary Agency Placement Fees UK & Overseas:

  • Temporary engagement is calculated at £30 per day for each day booked or any part of the day thereof (minimum 4 hours per day) up to 3 days; or £100 per week for bookings of 4 or more days per week.

  • Maternity Nurses are calculated at £30 per day (minimum 4 hours per day) for bookings up to 3 days per week or £100 per week for bookings of 4 days or more per week (a week is calculated from Monday to Sunday).

  • Ad-Hoc babysitting is calculated at £30 per day.

  • Babysitting subsequent re-booking rate £15 per day.

  • Trial – 1 day is Free with any additional day’s £30 per day (up to 4 weeks).

Supportive Network I Petit Part-Time searches:

One-Off Placement Fee:

  • £285 for connecting families with candidates for placements of 3 to 15 hours per week.

  • £500 for placements ranging from 16 to 25 hours per week.

All permanent full-time placements are calculated on 52 weeks per annum.

All agency fees must be payable in full within 14 days of the date of the invoice submitted by the Agency and always prior to the commencement of the candidate.
